Thank you for shopping at ShilajitHQ . We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used health/wellness products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Products with broken seals
How to Initiate a Return Email us at ti6iblie@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. ShilajitHQ is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at ti6iblie@gmail.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
